First ballot results

In the search for a new location, the first ballot resulted in no location receiving more than 50% of the total votes cast. Per the ballot itself, a majority requested a runoff between the two top vote getters.

Q1 . Of the three places TMUG tested for a new meeting place, which location would you prefer TMUG to meet?

  • McKinney Ad Agency - Durham
    • 47.0% 31 votes
  • North Carolina State University - Raleigh
    • 19.7% 13 votes
  • Hope Community Church - Cary/Raleigh
    • 33.3% 22 votes


Q2. If no location recieves 50% or more of the votes:

  • The location that receives the MOST votes should become TMUG's new home.
    • 31.8% 21 votes
  • There should be a run off poll between the two highest vote getters.
    • 68.2% 45 votes
