Officers
2nd VP office still open.
- No one has shown an interest in filling this position.
Future Meeting Programs
July Meeting:
- Web 2.0 - What is it? — to be presented by Smythe
- including: IM, Bonjour, Twitter, RSS, news agrigator (e.g. NetNewsWire), social networks, etc.
- Q & A — Bob Chandler
- ISP survey results — Tim McBrayer
August Meeting:
- swapmeet / yardsale – August
- Smythe will check into using the café area (the Gathering Place) for the swap meet
- Members may bring stuff & use a table for no fee
- Non-members must pay a $20 / table fee, or join TMUG for $35 & display for free

New Business
- Chips will post to VidCon list to try & keep interest alive in the video conference group.
Old Business
- Stefan - status of our G4 server & connected FW drive enclosure.
- The server (G4 "mirror door") seems to be ok. The FW enclosure was flaky. Stefan swapped the HD into a different FW enclosure & installed it to the G4 on 6.25. The stability of the system will be monitored.
- Allen will email McKinney to let them know about our meeting location decision.
- Has not yet... and mentioned that it might not be appropriate if the video conference project doesn't keep traction.
- Smythe given $400 budget for PA system, will report possibilitites.
- He is looking at several models, & will continue exploring.
- Purchase of UPS still pending
- May not be needed if the server problem was the FW enclosure rather than the stability of the power source.
