Members in good standing: 87, 2 in grace
Cash in bank: $4069
includes colocation paid for Jul
includes rent paid for Jul + Aug
includes yearly $68 for PO Box
Status of AppleTV raffle:
22 tickets sold
$180 (14 ppl have bought tickets, 8x2 + 6x1)
Outlay with tax was $319
Melanie suggested we do the raffle next meeting, unless very few buy. We don't *have* to make money. Vote taken to raffle Apple TV next meeting; passed unanimously. Reason for raffle is not to make money but to have something members enjoy. Presently we have enough money to raffle whether or not we have met the price with sales of tickets.
July Meeting Plans
Meeting Announcement for next meeting will be posted by Stefan . Cort will post to List now; Stefan will post a second notice to the List later.
Cort asked to confirm with Francis, our speaker for July meeting, and ask him if he will talk about the iPhone (rather than Leopard). Stefan suggests Francis have a short presentation on Leopard and have following Q&A. We will show some of Apple's promotional material on Leopard prior to Frances speaking.
Allen says the focus of the meeting should be iPhone.
