Treasury & Membership Reports
- Members in good standing:, with renewals due, in grace, & recently expired.
- There were in 38 attendance at the May meeting – 36 members & 2 guests; 2 renewed & 1 joined at the meeting, 0 others have joined or renewed by mail this month.
- Cash in bank: ~$5,055.

New Business
- we need to updae the tmug.org domain whois info
- the technical contact is still listed as Paul Lemieux
Old Business
- The follow up with Bob Chandler on his iMac prize is he & his wife have decided on an iMac.
- Fred has sent Bob / Macvantage a check for $1199
- Stefan will complete the 990 form.
- Chips (re)located TMUG's FIN / EIN & passed it to Fred
- Since we wrote a check to Macvantage to purchase the iMac, do we need to complete & file an IRS 1099?
- We need to decide what to do with the old projector.
- We will poll the members what they would like us to do with it.
- Possible options include selling it on eBay, donating it to another non-profit (e.g. Eno River Assoc.), raffle it at a TMUG mtg., etc.
- Smythe suggests that we should blog Q&A each month
- we need to identify someone to do it

- [from Oct - ] Stefan has talked with MacHighway. One of the issues is that they don't use a Postfix email / Cyrus for IMAP system. (no new info)
